Carolina’s Jewelry Exchange Policy
At Carolina's Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange process under the following terms and conditions:
Conditions for Exchanges:

Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 15 calendar days after receiving the product.

Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when you received it:

Unused and undamaged.

With tags and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and any other relevant accessories or documents.

Customized Products: Customized items (such as engraved or made-to-order jewelry) are not eligible for exchanges unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Inspection Process:

Upon receiving the item, we will carry out an inspection to ensure it complies with our exchange policy. If the item has been used, damaged, or does not meet the exchange requirements, the request will be denied, and the product will be returned to you.
Exchanges:

Approved Exchange: If the item is approved, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, covering any price difference.

Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be covered by the customer.
Fraudulent Exchanges:
If we detect a possible fraudulent exchange attempt, we reserve the right to:

Request additional proof before approving the exchange.

Withhold the exchange until the product is validated.

Take legal action in case of fraud.
Shipping for Exchanges:
The cost of shipping for the exchange will be covered by the customer. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items sent for exchange that do not arrive at our facilities.
